Clinical Validation of the Giustopasto Criteria

Our approach is not merely theoretical. The system developed by Carla Ferreri, an expert in Omic Sciences, has already been successfully tested. The first clinical evidence of the effects of nutrition “calculated for the brain” using Giustopasto criteria was obtained in a study published in Frontiers in Psychiatry (2025). By following adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, researchers recorded clear improvements across clinical, biochemical, and behavioral parameters.
