GiustoPasto is the scientific approach that transforms every meal into an opportunity to enhance cognitive abilities.
– Targeted Nutrition: We select ingredients and food combinations to support memory, concentration, and focus.
– Stress Support: We provide the body with the nutrients needed to manage the pressures of professional and school life.

Does GiustoPasto use fresh ingredients?
Absolutely, yes. Freshness is our priority. All our recipes and their related improvements, optimized through our nutritional calculator, primarily use fresh, seasonal, and, where possible, locally sourced (km 0) ingredients, minimizing preservatives and processed products.
Does GiustoPasto offer healthy food?
Our entire business model is based on offering healthy, balanced, and artisanally prepared food. Our menus are developed in collaboration with nutritionists to ensure a proper and varied nutritional intake, reflecting our core concept of “nourishing the mind” for a better quality of life.
Does GiustoPasto have vegetarian dishes?
Certainly. Our weekly menu always includes a wide selection of tasty and balanced vegetarian dishes, designed to satisfy every dietary need without sacrificing flavor.
Can GiustoPasto train school canteen staff?
Yes, our team of experts offers consulting and training services for canteen and collective kitchen staff. We focus on improving recipes so they can “nourish the mind,” ensuring that menus are both nutritionally sound and appetizing.
Children
Is GiustoPasto suitable for children?
Absolutely, yes. Many of our dishes are specifically designed to be tasty and nutritionally appropriate for children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. We use less salt and fewer fats, ensuring the highest quality of raw materials for families.
Which menu is most suitable for a canteen for autistic children?
GiustoPasto offers specialized consulting for collective catering. We design personalized and balanced menus that account for specific nutritional needs and potential food selectivity — a common trait in children with neurodevelopmental disorders like autism — to ensure variety and inclusivity.
What diet should be followed for children with ADHD?
While we do not provide medical diets, our menus are created by nutritionists to be balanced and healthy. All recipes developed through our calculator focus on dishes rich in Omega-3, fiber, and essential vitamins, which support concentration and general well-being — often recommended for children with ADHD.
Does GiustoPasto provide recipes for selective eaters?
As part of our consulting for families and collective catering, we provide strategic guidance and support to develop recipes and dish presentations that encourage food acceptance in children with food selectivity.
